By accessing or using ImgResync services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

ImgResync provides ImageCDN services, including image optimization, edge caching, format conversion, and responsive delivery. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
  • • Use the service to transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
  • • Violate any applicable rate limits or usage quotas
  • • Host or deliver content that infringes on intellectual property rights

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice. Usage beyond your plan limits may result in additional charges or service throttling.

6. Data and Privacy

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your images and data, and we will not access or use your content except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., for optimization and caching).

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions. Enterprise plans may include SLA guarantees as specified in your agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

The ImgResync service and all related technology are proprietary to ImgResync. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service. You grant us a limited license to process and cache your images as necessary to provide the service.

9. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the images and content you deliver through our service. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and licenses for all content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

ImgResync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your account and cached data. You remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
